Information you share

We use contact information to respond to inquiries and manage applications. Guest accounts connect your stay, documents, and invoices.

Payments and documents

Payment card details are handled through Stripe. The park can see limited payment method information, such as the card brand and last four digits. Signed documents and application information are available only to you and authorized park staff.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on the public website to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and browser identifiers and receive pages visited, interactions, referral source, approximate location, and general browser and device information. We do not send payment card details or information typed into forms to Google Analytics. The Google tag is configured to anonymize IP addresses.

We also keep limited first-party activity records, such as the page path, referring website, device category, selected site type, and a random visit identifier stored for the browser session. These records do not include raw query strings or information typed into forms.

Email activity

Transactional emails may record delivery, opens, and link clicks. These records help us manage guest communication.

Questions about your information

Contact the park to ask about access, correction, or removal of your personal information. Some billing and signed records may need to be retained.
